All orders are processed within 3-5 Business Days after payment is successfully received.

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Delivery Timeframes

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 8-15 Business Days

  • Express International Shipping: 5-8 Business Days

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 Hours after shipment for tracking information to become available.

Delivery Issues and Delays
